With its top-of-the-line security system and constant presence of the Secret Service, this home offers a unique blend of privacy and exclusivity.<\/p>\n<p>A Palm Beach, FL, mansion that is nestled within the presidential security zone that surrounds President <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong>&#8216;s Mar-a-Lago resort has hit the market for $19.5 million\u2014offering a premier level of privacy enjoyed by just a handful of people on the globe.<\/p>\n<p>Located just two blocks away from Mar-a-Lago, which Trump and his wife, <strong>Melania Trump<\/strong>, listed as their primary residence after his first presidency came to an end, the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property is described in its listing as a &#8220;serene private retreat.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>However, the dwelling offers far more than privacy\u2014thanks to its plum spot inside one of the &#8220;safest&#8221; communities in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The security zone, which is a five-block radius around Mar-a-Lago, has proven to become the safest part of Florida,&#8221; said listing agent <strong>S. There are also three additional en-suite bedrooms with access to private terraces, along with a fitness center and home office.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think the next buyer will use it as a seasonal property,&#8221; he said. &#8220;The buyer pool we have seen so far has attracted a younger crowd in their mid 30s to 40s.
