Earlier this year, the property attracted a wave of attention when it hit the market as the most expensive new-construction home with a price tag of $285 million. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the sale is for the land alone. However, it will include plans for the original 55,000-square-foot home, which boasts a bowling alley, car museum, golf simulator, padel court, shooting range, and private spa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve received strong interest from both domestic and international buyers.
