While they declined to address the flurry of rumors about a bitter rift in their marriage, the duo exclusively revealed to Realtor.com\u00ae<\/em> that their decision to list their property comes amid a desire to seek out a “fresh start” in a new property. <\/p>\n

Throughout most of their time in the 1970s-built residence, which they extensively remodeled over the past year, the couple has encountered major relationship challenges, most of which relate to Jessi\u2019s appearance on another reality TV show. <\/p>\n

Following her August 2024 visit with Bravo\u2019s \u201cVanderpump Villa\u201d cast in Italy, the #MomTok influencer and owner of JZ Styles hair salon has faced accusations of cheating on Jordan with fellow reality TV personality Marciano Brunette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While Season 3 of \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,\u201d which premieres today, promises a conclusion to the Season 2 cliffhanger that led fans to believe the Ngatikauras were headed for divorce, Jessi and Jordan’s surprise move seems to signal the reality is quite the opposite. <\/p>\n

Though the couple did not confirm a romantic reunion, they did<\/em> confess that they’re making a change of address to give their marriage a chance at a clean slate.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe found our dream home that is perfect for us and are looking for a fresh start,\u201d says Jessi, to which Jordan added, \u201cWe can\u2019t wait.\u201d<\/p>\n

To help facilitate the big move, Jessi and Jordan have enlisted the help of yet another familiar face from the reality TV universe. <\/p>\n

Kenny Sperry<\/strong>, who starred on Bravo\u2019s \u201cSold on SLC,\u201d is the listing agent for the property. The Presidio Real Estate agent also happens to be currently coaching \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d star Dakota Mortensen<\/strong> in the business of real estate in addition to his job at the Salt Lake City-based brokerage.<\/p>\n

\u201cKenny is Dakota\u2019s real estate mentor and we are big fans of \u2018Sold on SLC,\u2019\u201d admits Jessi. \u201cUs Utah reality stars have to stick together!\u201d<\/p>\n

What started as a connection over their shared reality TV experiences in the Mormon mecca has since blossomed into a strategic business collaboration.<\/p>\n

\u201cUtah really is such a small world,\u201d explains Sperry. \u201cJessi, Jordan, and I entered the reality TV phase at a similar time. Being in a similar situation, we started messaging on Instagram and the relationship grew from there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The luxury real estate expert says his time on television gave him the competitive edge to land the $2.5 million listing, and will help him navigate the transaction with nuance.<\/p>\n

\u201cCombined with the depth of knowledge and solid reputation from a real estate perspective, my background in reality TV helps as I understand the potential obstacles that may arise with the production of \u2018Secret Lives,\u2019” Sperry says.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the success that Jessi and Jordan have had, it makes sense that they would look to bring on the best of the best to handle such a big transaction.\u201d <\/p>\n

The expansive estate, which sits on a lot that is just over half an acre, is located about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n

\u201cSituated at the base of Mount Timpanogos with views overlooking Utah Lake and some of the fastest-growing areas in Utah,\u201d Sperry notes it is \u201cminutes away from Sundance Ski Resort.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beyond the dwelling\u2019s ideal geographical position, Sperry points out all the incredible upgrades that have been completed.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s rare to find a property like this on the bench of Pleasant Grove, [and] Jessi and Jordan have done an amazing job with this remodel,\u201d says Sperry.<\/p>\n

In addition to a \u201cpool, pickleball court, gas fire pit, and putting green in the backyard,\u201d other enviable amenities include \u201ca fitness room, guest bedroom, wet bar, and theater\u201d in the basement.<\/p>\n

As for the main living quarters, Sperry calls the primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet \u201cincredible.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cHer closet deserves its own article,\u201d he muses. \u201cNo details have been left untouched.\u201d<\/p>\n

Indeed, the parents of three, who share son Jagger<\/strong>, 5, and daughter Jovi<\/strong>, 2, as well as teenage-daughter Peyton<\/strong> from Jordan\u2019s previous relationship, had their work cut out for them to achieve the home\u2019s total transformation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we bought the house, it was a project to say the least,\u201d shares Jordan. \u201cWe had to completely finish the house from the four-way inspection.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the required major overhaul was worth it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was fun to customize a home like this, especially when you get to move walls and everything like we did,\u201d admits Jordan.<\/p>\n

The home was completed in time for the couple to make plenty of memories\u2014and film several memorable scenes of \u201cSecret Lives\u201d\u2014inside its walls before deciding to sell.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Halloween party from Season 2 was filmed here and so [were] many scenes from the new season,\u201d reveals Jordan.<\/p>\n

\u201cFamily parties, holidays, raising our kids here\u2014Also, hard times we had at this home,\u201d adds Jessi.<\/p>\n

Despite those difficult times, the couple believed the updated abode was going to be their \u201cforever home,\u201d so they were completely caught off guard when another house caught their eye.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe found this home unexpectedly and knew it was our dream home from the second we saw it,\u201d says Jessi.<\/p>\n

Now, the Ngatikauras are looking for buyers to fall in love with their old home so they can work on their own love in a new one.<\/p>\n

Season 3 of \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d is now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.<\/em><\/p>\n
