would no longer be a part of the Dallas Mavericks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This dude bought a $15 million house, just closed, like, last week in Dallas,&#8221; Parsons claimed. &#8220;Apparently, he cried It\u2019s also in the middle of a secluded cul-de-sac, a favored locale for high-profile ballers.<\/p>\n<p>Doncic snagged it for $3.3 million in June 2020. When it was up for sale, it was marketed as an \u201cescape from the city,\u201d which also appeals to celebrities who value privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights include an open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, and a sleek kitchen. The welcoming backyard features a pool, a pavilion with a grill, and a drop-down movie projection screen.<\/p>\n<p>It remains unclear whether Doncic will hold on to the property or sell it\u2014and any other home he may have purchased of late\u2014now that he is bound for the West Coast.<\/p>\n<p>Following the news, Doncic penned a heartfelt message to his fans and to the Dallas community, revealing that he thought he was going to &#8220;spend my career&#8221; with the team.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seven years ago, I came here as a teenager to pursue my dream of playing basketball at the highest level.
