The properties spent 109 days on the market, on average.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Forty-three luxury listings were added to the market, for a total of 1,192 listings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The previous week, buyers signed contracts for 13 properties in Miami-Dade, asking a combined $103 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The asking dollar volume for the seven single-family homes and three condos under contract last week totals $97.2 million, according to the report published by the Douglas Elliman team led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The single-family homes that entered into contract last week have an average asking price of $9.6 million and spent an average of 103 days on the market. They total $67 million in asking dollar volume.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oppenheim and his wife, Ilona, are selling their six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home at 1500 West 23rd Street on Sunset Island III. The 6,096-square-foot house was originally built in 1957 and expanded in 2004 and 2020. It\u2019s been renovated and features landscaping by Raymond Jungles, a poolside terrace with multiple docks and 80 feet of water frontage. The 0.3-acre property is on the market with Jill, Danny and Hillary Hertzberg of the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The condos that secured buyers last week have an average asking price of $10 million and spent 121 days on the market, on average. They total $31.1 million in asking dollar volume, or an average of $1,701 per square foot.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Unit 4601 in the north tower of Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach marks the priciest condo included in the report. The five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom unit at 17975 Collins Avenue spans 4,780 square feet. It\u2019s on the market with the Agency\u2019s Mikhail MudrIk and Daniel Tzinker for $13.9 million, or $2,907 per square foot. Property records show Anton Popkovich paid $11.2 million for the condo in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Last week in New York, buyers signed contracts for 37 homes, according to the latest Olshan report.
