The school is expected to open late summer next year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gonzalez was part of the team that represented the landlord, and David Preston, also of Colliers, was part of the brokerage\u2019s team that represented the tenant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Skilled Trades College, based in Vaughan, Ontario, offers electrical, plumbing and HVAC pre-apprenticement training, and also introduction to home renovation, its website shows. Ralph Cerasuolo is the CEO.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Omni Offices is part of a 14.6-acre assemblage in the Arts &amp; Entertainment District, formerly called Omni, that Malaysian casino conglomerate Genting purchased in 2011 for $236 million. Genting initially wanted to redevelop the site into a casino and never received the licensing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brooklyn-chop-house-miami-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Brooklyn_Chop_House_Miami\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Brooklyn_Chop_House_Miami\"><\/span><strong>Brooklyn Chop House | Miami\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Brooklyn Chop House will open at the Moxy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brickellsold.com\/blog\/miami-poised-for-potential-influx-of-wealth-as-high-net-worth-new-yorkers-evaluate-relocation-optionsmiamis-luxury-real-estate-sector-is-closely-observing-developments-in-new-york-city-parti\/\">Miami<\/a> Wynwood hotel, marking its first outpost outside of New York.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant, which is a fusion between a classic steakhouse and Asian-inspired cuisine, including dim sum, leased 20,000 square feet on two penthouse levels at the eight-story hotel, according to the tenant\u2019s news release. It will open on Nov. 11.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Brooklyn Chop House is owned by hip-hop industry impresario Robert \u201cDon Pooh\u201d Cummins and partner David Thomas, according to its website. Stratis Morfogen\u2019s company is the culinary manager. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brickellsold.com\/blog\/miami-poised-for-potential-influx-of-wealth-as-high-net-worth-new-yorkers-evaluate-relocation-optionsmiamis-luxury-real-estate-sector-is-closely-observing-developments-in-new-york-city-parti\/\">Miami<\/a> restaurant will be led by chef Erick Melendez.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DolphinBay Hospitality and Istanbul-based S\u00fczer Group own the Moxy hotel at 255 Northwest 25th Street in Miami. In January, S\u00fczer paid $99 million for a majority 52 percent stake in the property. At the time, the hotel also scored a $35.5 million loan from Synovus Bank.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DolphinBay Hospitality \u2013\u2013 a joint venture between Columbia, Maryland-based Baywood Hotels and Dolphin Capital Partners, which has offices in Miami; Athens, Greece; and Nicosia, Cyprus \u2013\u2013 completed the Kobi Karp-designed hotel last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Brooklyn Chop House is moving into Casa Madera\u2019s former space. The Sparrow Italia restaurant is also at Moxy Miami Wynwood.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-boies-schiller-flexner-boyd-richards-parker-colonnelli-miami-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Boies_Schiller_Flexner_Boyd_Richards_Parker_Colonnelli_Miami\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Boies_Schiller_Flexner_Boyd_Richards_Parker_Colonnelli_Miami\"><\/span><strong>Boies Schiller Flexner, Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli | Miami\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Two law firms are staying at Miami Tower.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Boies Schiller Flexner renewed its 18,300-square-foot lease, and Boyd Richards Parker &amp; Colonnelli renewed its 12,400-square-foot lease at the 47-story tower at 100 Southeast Second Street in downtown Miami, according to a source familiar with the leases. Traded first reported on the renewals, and <em>The Real Deal<\/em> confirmed the deals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zachary Talbot of Cresa and Josh Hartman of Network Realty Partners represented Boies Schiller. Talbot and Alex Gerome, also of Cresa, represented Boyd Richards. Gordon Messinger and Randy Carballo represented the landlords.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Boca Raton-based CP Group and New York-based DRA Advisors own Miami Tower.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-louis-vuitton-palm-beach-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Louis_Vuitton_Palm_Beach\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Louis_Vuitton_Palm_Beach\"><\/span><strong>Louis Vuitton | Palm Beach\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Luxury brand Louis Vuitton will open a boutique in Palm Beach.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Louis Vuitton leased more than 4,000 square feet at 222 Worth Avenue, according to media reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The store\u2019s opening, which originally was expected late this month, could be delayed. On. Oct. 15, the town council voted to allow construction crews to continue working on the interior buildout during the first two weeks of next month, the Palm Beach Daily News reporter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Construction on Worth Avenue is allowed only from May 1 to Oct. 31, likely to avoid work during the high season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Records show the building is owned by an entity managed by Michael A. The space will be a gallery of its collectible designs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tracing its roots to Rome, Achille Salvagni\u2019s other flagships are in London and New York.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Spencer Schlager
